Train to Sustain Program

Introduction

• Train to Sustain is Beltone’s flagship initiative to empower People with Disabilities (PWDs) by integrating them into the workforce as full-time employees with equal rights and opportunities. Beltone not only hires but also trains PWDs, ensuring sustainable inclusion and fulfilling the 5% employment quota.

All employees, including support staff, receive training on disability awareness, creating an inclusive culture. So far, two batches of employees with diverse disabilities, including physical, hearing, autism, and Down syndrome, have joined Beltone. They also undergo OSHA safety training, equipping them with skills to contribute meaningfully to Beltone’s operations and sustainability projects. This ongoing initiative reflects Beltone’s deep commitment to inclusion and social responsibility.
