Beltone Is Launching Its Private Equity Platform, Complementing Beltone Venture Capital

Beltone Holding is expanding its investment platform with the launch of its Private Equity platform, further strengthening the Group’s multi-stage investment strategy and reinforcing its commitment to supporting startups from Pre-Seed to Pre-IPO.

Building on the strong track record established by Beltone Venture Capital in backing high-growth startups at early stages, the new platform represents the next phase in Beltone Holding’s investment platform development. It will provide growth-stage capital to companies entering more advanced phases of expansion, enabling a seamless transition from venture-backed growth to institutional-scale investment within the same integrated ecosystem.

The Private Equity platform will be led by Ali Mokhtar, CEO & Managing Partner of Beltone Venture Capital, who has overseen the firm’s investment strategy and portfolio expansion.
